Pretty good study guide, I do feel like I am learning how to answer certain questions. Some of the answers though I simply do not agree with. I will give one example.42. Officer Watson drove 3.7 miles to the state park. She then walked 1.6 miles around the park to make sure everything was all right. She got back into the car, drove 2.75 miles to check on a broken traffic light, and then drove 2 miles back to the police station. How many miles did she drive in total?--The answer that I got was 8.45 miles because that is how much she DROVE. The answer that the book gives is 10.05 miles, which means they are counting the 1.6 miles that she walked around the park. The question asks how many miles did she drive in total. Pretty sure I am right, but there are multiple questions like this throughout the book where I feel like the answers are wrong, and it makes me second guess myself.
Good approach to the fundamentals of what it takes to be a firefighter. Appreciate the additional skills knowledge like the physical testing reqs. It helped me determine that in good faith due to my strenuous Army career, I will choose another profession less physically demanding but as emotionally rewarding like police work.
