Because of threatened legal action for quoting or even paraphrasing, I leave it you you to scratch your head as you read the print version. Hopefully the Kindle version, which had the rave reviews I was relying on in wasting $10, does not likewise suffer from the lack of even a cursory read, let alone editing.
